Designer-Animator/Architect of Tiny Worlds
Chloé is a native of France who fell in love with international travel on a trip to California when she was 10 years old. Since then, she has visited Jordan, Greece, Spain, Morocco, Egypt, England and Canada. But luckily for us, she left her heart in San Francisco on that first trip, which eventually brought her to B’stro, where she’s been busy applying her considerable talents to an array of projects.
Chloé studied graphic art at L’école de Communication Visuelle (ECV) in Aix-en-Provence, France. As a student in the birthplace of Cézanne, it was only natural that she became passionate about fine art, honing her abilities in drawing, watercolor and textiles. From there, it was a small jump into the world of video.
By working long hours, she learned the painstaking process of making stop-animation videos and became fascinated by building and recording tiny worlds. Her obsession paid off when one of her short videos won a filmmaking contest sponsored by renowned director Michel Gondry.
Since gradating from ECV with honors in 2006, she has done freelance design work in Paris and Canada. Her hobbies include shopping, watching movies, cooking and interior design.
