ROI Calculator

Varonis asked Creative B’stro to design an online return-on-investment (ROI) calculator that customers and channel partners could use to estimate the cost savings possible for their business if they integrated Varonis products.

The technology behind the ROI calculator was already in use behind the scenes at Varonis—in the form of a spreadsheet. And while we at B’stro are no strangers to the organizational marvel that is the modern spreadsheet, we thought there might be a snazzier way to get those numbers across.

So we constructed a web-based tool that provided users with the ability to securely access (through a registration and email confirmation process) and calculate their potential ROI with Varonis. The web app even granted users the option to save and print their results.

Extremely user-friendly, our ROI calculator accelerated the financial business case, rapidly and effectively justifying the purchase of Varonis products and services to potential customers. As an added bonus for Varonis, the registration features we included allowed for efficient lead capture.

And perhaps most importantly: by successfully transforming Varonis’ complex internal calculations into an easy-to-use web-based application, we’ve provided Varonis with a solution that suits the needs of even non-technical users (much to the chagrin of spreadsheet enthusiasts everywhere—sorry, guys).
