CTSI Website

The Clinical Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is a nationwide organization dedicated to translating groundbreaking medical research into patient care. As one of the largest and best-funded universities in CTSI's 50-member consortium, UCSF's branch of CTSI has held a major role in fulfilling the group's mission of advancing health worldwide. Unfortunately, until recently, UCSF's CTSI branch had no practical, comprehensible way to share their immense (but at times very complicated) successes.

To solve this missing link in an otherwise highly sophisticated chain, B'stro created a new website that communicated the complex facets of UCSF's CTSI branch under one synthesized, high-impact messaging system.

Through extensive strategy meetings and staff interviews, we were able to distill CTSI's message and communicate it in a way even outsiders to the research world could comprehend. And because one of the strengths of CTSI is that it is constantly adapting and evolving to advance medical progress around the globe, we created features that are easily customizable - such as our interactive, fully editable infographics. Features like these will help UFSF's CTSI to effectively and accurately convey their message - no matter what the future holds for global health.

The finished UCSF CTSI site is engaging even to those outside the medical research world because we made a point to emphasize the real, personal impact of CTSI over dense, scientific jargon. We are proud to have helped UCSF's CTSI effectively share the real change they are making in the world of medical research.
