Unified collateral design system

NEC is a pioneer in the technology field and a billion-dollar corporation with multiple different product divisions. When they asked B’stro to establish a new design for all corporate collateral and product marketing materials, we were excited by the challenge.

We worked with the executives at NEC to develop a strong visual system that would meet two important goals. First, the design system had to provide a unified look across a wide range of products and technologies. Second, the template needed to be distinctive enough to showcase each division’s individual product or service.

B’stro brainstormed en masse and came up with a structured template that used arresting color and accents to create a unique identity for each product.

NEC is thrilled because the new visual system succeeds on both practical and aesthetic terms. It communicates a strong, innovative identity for NEC. And it’s flexible enough to accommodate multiple divisions who often have very little time to produce the necessary sales materials.

End result: Every piece of NEC collateral – from datasheets to case studies, presentation folders to white papers – looks powerful and professional at a moment’s notice.
