Gartner ITXPO 2009

In 2009, NEC Japan again asked B’stro to design their marketing collateral—this time for that year’s Gartner ITXPO in Florida. This time, B’stro’s challenge was to represent NEC’s solutions across multiple divisions and vertical industries.

NEC wanted to establish themselves as an approachable, solutions-oriented company with teams of people who really care, and who apply themselves to providing their clients with tailored solutions optimized to their specific needs. To engage sincerely with the viewer, we used close-up images of people making eye contact with the viewer, emphasizing the personal connection between the people at NEC and the people that make up their consumer base. In this way, we brought a feeling of trust and reliability to the forefront of our visuals.

This modern, clean design, coupled with an energetic, bright color scheme, ensured that the NEC booth made a bold statement.
