Criterion Residences Website

Criterion Residences (a temporary lodging company based in Calgary, Canada) had decided to redesign their website based on new data they had gathered surrounding their client base. And since they were so pleased with the original design Creative B'stro had done for them a few years previous, Criterion Residences once again turned to B'stro for the redesign.

Specifically, Criterion Residences had discovered that their fastest growing clientele were business professionals who either sought temporary residence while relocating, or were on extended, months-long assignments. Since this sector was rapidly making up the majority of their client base, Criterion Residences wanted their site to cater more directly to them.

To do so, we shifted our design from the clean and modern original site to reflect a more high-end, business exclusive attitude. We also updated the site to reflect a few of the new luxury properties Criterion Residences had recently acquired, whose opulence helped reinforce the company's new focus and corporate tone.

Criterion Residences is a fast moving, fast changing company. So to make sure any additional company updates could be swiftly reflected in the website, we developed the new CriterionResidences.com with a Wordpress CMS for easy client-side updates.
