Key Skills:

Expert knowledge of flash animation and exceptional motion graphics skills are essential. You will have a thorough knowledge of ActionScript 2.0 & 3.0, database integration and can also demonstrate strong illustration and animation skills including programmatic tweening.

Technical skill:

Expert knowledge of Flash development methodologies (ActionScript, XML, Component Development, Object Oriented Programming, etc.) Experienced with multimedia technologies (audio, video, streaming, etc) Experienced in interactive Flash UI development. Experience working with Javascript, XHTML, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, MYSQL & PHP is a huge plus. Knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform design constraints on the web. Strong graphic design, layout and type skills Good communication skills and the ability to work with a team is critical. A sense of humor always helps things too.

The Flash Developer / Designer is an original thinker who has a passion for building and conceiving creative concepts and user experiences.The Flash Developer / Designer is a team player who is skilled in matching strategic direction with appropriate design and functionality. Attention to detail, combined with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications is a must. Day to day tasks include concepting, brainstorming, programming, animating and working within a team.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years Flash Development experience. Leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with clients and creative team members. Have the ability to work within budgets, juggle multiple tasks under pressure, articulate creative ideas and meet strict deadlines. Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail. Must have strong problem solving skills.
